At a chosen time all protesters promptly laid down in the middle of 5th Avenue and were arrested en masse. The M27 Coalition, a loose grouping of activist organizations, chose the locale because if its proximity to various media and corporate offices it professed were profiting, either directly or indirectly, from the war.
