The waterfalls at Iguazu, straddling the border Argentina and Brazil, are some of the most spectacular in the world, numbering more than 250 in the whole system and stretching along almost two miles of the Iguazu River.  The largest waterfall in the system is the Devil's Throat, a 270 foot high, 500 foot high, 2300 foot high monster.  The falls are the second largest in the world in terms of average annual water flow.
