"I think what's going on is a great testament to our political process. I'm certainly disappointed on two fronts: the attacks that are being made on the people making the protest and the lack of clear articulation and organization by the people protesting. I think the general message of corporate America and the political process being dysfunctional is dead on. I think there's a lot more to it, and it's disappointing and heartening all at once. I needed to witness it, I needed to come down and see what it was all about and I plan on coming back to see it at a different phase as well. <br />

I think it's too scattered- to oversimplify it may be to do it justice. You'll walk around and you'll see signs about we shouldn't be in Palestine supporting Israel and what does that really have to do with the lobbying that goes on in Washington derailing a lot of average middle class and lower class American needs getting derailed? Specifically because of gridlock because of the bipartisanship that no one can make decisions together. And I think that's what frustrates me. But also, the fact that this is going on really encourages me. Hopefully some of these voices will be heard in a way that we can move past the gridlock, understand what we do really well as Americans which is getting together, voicing our message and moving to another phase with hope and consideration for not those who are in power but those who don't always have power. <br />

Reform the tax code- corporations aren't people and people aren't corporations. If the extremely wealthy can avoid paying taxes, I don't begrudge them that but come on. I think the message of a flat tax that while probably not the most logical thing would at least will let people see that we should all pay and we all benefit in some way shape or form. I think a reform of the tax code would probably be the easiest, best thing that we could do."
